A 24-year-old woman was fatally shot Saturday morning on Detroit’s northwest side, police said.
The shooting happened at 9:30 a.m. on Schaefer Highway in Detroit, according to officials. The woman was allegedly shot by a man who fled the scene.
Officials said that the victim was shot inside her apartment.
